The ninth island deserves a real luau table. Las Vegas is home to a huge Hawaiian and Pacific Islander community, and we cater for it with the food that makes a backyard feel like the islands. Kalua pork, huli huli chicken, macaroni salad done right, and poke that respects the fish.
Through our partner Island Sushi and Grill, a working island-style kitchen here in the Valley, we bring poke and island sushi to the spread as well, ordered, planned and served by one team.
