Breakfast catering is a logistics business disguised as a food business. Eggs go rubbery, pancakes go cold, and coffee decides the mood of the whole morning. We built our breakfast program around those three facts.
Hot spreads with eggs cooked to hold, breakfast burrito trays that travel beautifully, pastry and fruit boards for lighter mornings, and coffee service that arrives set up and stays filled. For brunch events we scale up to stations, omelets and pancakes made to order.
Office trainings, morning meetings, post-wedding brunches, quiet Sunday celebrations. Tell us the start time. We work backward from there, and we are never late for breakfast.
We work with an amazing team of chefs from around the Valley and a co-op of local partner restaurants, producing exceptional food out of our own commercial kitchen to deliver you an extraordinary experience.
